Terms and Conditions
- All sales are final. Purchases of items from the Archive Sale cannot be returned for a refund nor exchanged for another item or credit note
- Items in your basket are not reserved, please check out to secure your order as pieces can sell out fast and quantities are limited
- Items purchased from our Archive Sale are not covered under Ruth Tomlinson's 1 year warranty. Repairs will be assessed on a case by case basis.
- We can re-size most of the rings, with the exception of eternity bands which cannot be re-sized. The first resize is free of charge.
- If you're unsure of your ring size, we recommend confirming the required size with a local jeweller wherever possible, as this is the most accurate.
- Shipping charges apply to orders from the sale. Deliveries to the UK are charged at £10, International delivery is £65
- We will ship the jewels within 10 working days, unless a re-size needs to take place in which case please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery*

*ring re-sizing takes a little longer than usual when dealing with such high volumes during this event
