We offer free worldwide shipping for purchases via this website. All UK orders are insured and sent via
Royal Mail Special Delivery, EU orders are couriered via DHL, and all other countries couriered via FedEx.
Delivery time varies depending on payment clearance and product availability. Please refer to the ‘availability’ for each product on the product detail page - some pieces are 'ready to ship' and others are 'made to order'. We endeavour to dispatch 'ready to ship' items within 3-10 working days. 'Made to order' items will be dispatched after their advertised lead times. Once dispatched, delivery time depends on location and generally ranges between 1-5 days.
We post orders out on a weekly basis each Tuesday and Thursday. For urgent delivery requests please contact us at the atelier. Maximum dispatch time is 8 weeks if the item has been made to order, we will inform you if that is the case. Please contact us directly to find out current stock availability if your order is more urgent than the turnaround times stated.
Orders will be dispatched using Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service.
Parcels will need to be signed for in person, so please state a delivery address where someone will be present to receive it. In the event that nobody is available to receive your item, a card will be left at the address providing you with the option to have the item delivered at a later date or to collect your parcel from your local Post Office collection depot. A tracking number will be supplied via email when your order has been dispatched.
We are happy to offer a same day courier to London addresses, provided we have the item in stock. Please contact us at the atelier for more details.
15/01/2024 – Due to new shipping regulations imposed on EU orders we are sadly pausing all deliveries to EU addresses until further notice. We are working on navigating this change and are hopeful to resume shipping to our European customers as soon as possible. For international deliveries we use a fully insured priority courier service with FedEx that endeavours to deliver the package in 1-5 days (pending customs delays) depending on where in the world the item is being sent.
Ruth Tomlinson Ltd cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs checks in the country of destination. Please familiarise yourself with your country's local import processes for receiving international deliveries. Any customs charges, associated handling fees, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. A tracking number will be supplied via email when your order has been dispatched.
Your order will be dispatched in an unbranded external box. The jewellery itself is packaged in branded Ruth Tomlinson jewellery boxes, which are protected by tissue paper. If the recipient and shipping address is different to those of the person who placed the order, we will assume that the order is a gift and a receipt will not be included in the package. If you would like a personal message to accompany any gift orders, please contact us directly.
