HEIRLOOM RESETTING

This year we've had the privilege of reimagining so many treasured heirloom jewels. To be entrusted with pieces rich in memory and meaning has been a true honour. Each commission is deeply personal and we feel so fortunate that we get to play a small part in both its and your story.

Choosing to reimagine a treasured family heirloom is as much an emotional decision as it is a practical one. It allows precious materials to be cherished once more, sustainably and meaningfully, while creating a piece that reflects your own life and style. Whether it's transforming an heirloom engagement ring or reworking a treasure trove of family keepsakes from your jewellery box, we specialise in transforming your heirlooms into one-of-a-kind modern fine jewellery.

Our approach is thoughtful and considered, with each commission made entirely by hand using age-old techniques. Every jewel will reveal traces of the human touch; sculpted at the workbench in wax without the use of technical drawings, this is where the intricate details are formed – tiny granules, gentle textures and serendipitous qualities that speak to our signature language of unconventional beauty.

Below you'll see examples of a selection of heirloom resetting creations from 2025. This is just a handful as it has been our busiest year to date for resetting projects. 

An heirloom ruby and diamond ring stack, commissioned during one of our US trunk shows. We've set the ruby in an undulating bezel style setting and added some extra diamonds to create a textural and detailed ring stack that feels uniquely modern.

Possibly one of our favourite creations from the year – our client came to us with heirloom diamonds to set into one of our signature style cuffs, encrusted with golden barnacle details.Heirloom amethysts, pearls and diamonds are transformed into an asymmetric cluster necklace with our signature golden granules. 

A tumbling style cluster ring with heirloom sapphires and antique diamonds. This client came to us with an incredible brooch that contained over 36cts of sapphires and diamonds. We made a matching pair of drop earrings too, see more here.

An ocean inspired set created using our clients heirloom coral. There was enough to make a beautiful necklace and matching drop earrings; both are encrusted with grey and white diamonds and golden barnacles.

Subtle, textural and full of details to discover, this ring stack was inspired by our Ocean Diamond collection. At the heart of the design is a raw champagne diamond we sourced which is framed by our clients heirloom diamonds and organic golden details.

Perhaps the largest emerald we have ever worked with! This statement necklace features our client's 8.36ct Colombian emerald set in a tapering asymmetric cluster with mixed cut emeralds, rose cut grey diamonds and salt and pepper diamonds.

Classic with a twist – we rest this 1.7ct brilliant cut heirloom diamond into a three stone cluster ring, creating a uniquely modern engagement ring that carries the history of the original stone forward into a new chapter.

Ethereal and timeless, we adore this ring stack. Encrusted with golden granules and heirloom diamonds with a cushion cut champagne diamond.

Reimagined pearls inspired by ocean treasures.

Spinel, sapphires, aquamarine and diamonds creating a palette of beautiful blues in this statement necklace.

Two one-of-a-kind treasures we had the honour of creating for the same client. We reset their 7ct aquamarine into an ocean inspired necklace with accents of blue sapphires and golden barnacles. The ring is a true statement piece, captivating in proportion and vibrant in colour; the 10.36ct citrine is framed by asymmetric clusters of mixed cut diamonds.
