The sale consists of pieces from our archives, samples, imperfects and discontinued styles. Please familiarise yourself with our terms and conditions before placing an order. Standard terms and conditions also apply.
— All sales are final. Purchases of items from our Archive Sale cannot be returned for a refund nor exchanged for another item or credit note. Where necessary particular product details such imperfections are listed within the product description.
— Items in your basket are not reserved. Please checkout to secure your order as quantities are limited.
— Purchases of items from our Archive Sale are not covered under Ruth Tomlinson's one year warranty. Repairs will be assessed on a case by case basis and quoted for accordingly.
— We can re-size most of the rings with the exception of eternity bands which can't be resized. The first resize is free of charge within the first three months of purchase.
— If you are unsure of your ring size, we recommend confirming your finger size with a local jeweller as this will give you the most accurate measurement. Please leave a note of your ring size when checking out (or confirm with us at a later date).
— Shipping charges apply to orders from our Archive Sale. Delivery to the UK is £10 via Royal Mail Special Delivery. International delivery is £65 via FedEx or DHL.
— Import duties and taxes are included in the list price for customers shopping from the USA. Local sales taxes remain the responsibility of the customer. All other countries are liable to be charged duties on delivery depending on the destination and these are the responsibility of the customer.
— Orders will be shipped within 10 working days, unless a re-size is required in which case, please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery*
*Ring re-sizing takes a little longer during this event due to the volume of orders but we endeavour to complete all sizing requests as quickly as possible. For any questions or enquiries, please contact us directly.
