Discover our newest capsule collection of one-of-a-kind rings set with rubies responsibly sourced from GEMFIELDS, the world's leading supplier of responsibly sourced, coloured gemstones. 

The rings feature rubies sourced from the Gemfields' Montepuez Ruby Mine in Cabo Delgado, Mozambique. The mine has provided reliable employment for over 1,400 people in the local area and proudly contributes to Mozambique’s economic development.

Knowing that the gemstones have been responsibly mined reassures us of their provenance and of the positive impact these gemstones have to their place of origin. Our new collection connects the wearer to a deep emotional power and showcases the inherent beauty within imperfections.” 

For centuries rubies have been a symbol of protection, passion, wisdom, health and success. The deep red colouring of the rubies used in the Montepuez collection emphasises their emotional power and symbolism. Inspired by the intrinsically historical feel and allure of rubies, Ruth set out to design a collection that appears both ancient and modern. 

"Each ruby is an alluring treasure imbued with symbolism and evoking the grandeur of past times. I like to think of these new ruby rings as modern heirlooms that also nod to the past" 

The four piece collection embodies Ruth's fascination with historical jewels, resembling opulent regal treasures from another time discovered during an archaeological dig. Purposefully imperfect, with accents of grey and white diamonds buried in delicate gold details, Ruth hopes that people will question whether the rings are old or modern and take a closer look to explore their provenance and appreciate the harmony of beautiful stones with organic craftsmanship.
