During my wonderful trip over New Year to the beautiful North Wales I stayed with a friend Junko Mori, a blacksmith. She is in the most perfect environment to be inspired by nature resulting in the most amazing sculptures. These are some of her latest and my favourites.
Each piece is created using a mulitple of individual units which are welded together. I imagine the pieces growing very organically in form during the making process and this is what I love - discovery through materials used.
