Sharing the excitement of picking the perfect engagement ring

We love hearing our wedding + engagement client's stories... where they met, how they came to choose the ring and who picked it, the proposal, and of course their special wedding celebrations. Picking the perfect ring is no longer the sole responsibility of one partner, and we often welcome couples into our atelier to experience this momentous occasion and share in the event together, adding another layer to their unique love story. In fact, we've even witnessed a couple of proposals and been part of the surprise! 

Berkin and Johanna visited us from Germany last year. After Johanna's best friend had recently gotten engaged, she had an inkling that Berkin might be thinking along the same lines and so decided to spend some time discovering what her perfect engagement ring might be. Turning to Instagram and Pinterest for her visual research, she came upon our jewels and knew instantly that she didn't have to look any further. 

Berkin did propose a few months later and, on a trip to London, together they picked her engagement ring and decided on a pair of matching wedding bands that represented them both individually and as a couple. They recently celebrated their wedding in the forested German countryside surrounded by friends, family, and beautiful views of wild nature. Congratulations!
