We're pleased to announce that on Thursday 2nd July, our Atelier will be opening by appointment only.
Appointment Details:
- Open every Thursday from 9am-5pm
- Up to one hour appointment slots available, face to face or virtual.
To keep our clients & team safe:
- Please do not attend your appointment if you or a member of your household is feeling unwell or has symptoms of Covid-19. Please notify us and we will reschedule your appointment.
- We will provide hand sanitiser to use upon entering. Hand washing is also available.
- Our team will be washing their hands before and after each appointment.
- Our team will wear face masks and this is optional for clients.
- We can allow a maximum of three clients from a household.
- Social distancing measures of 2m will be in place.
- All jewellery and hard surfaces will be cleaned between appointments.
- To ensure safety of staff and clients we will not be booking collections on Thursdays and will continue to post out.
- Staff within our building will be limited at any one time.
- 2m distancing has been mapped out throughout our building and there are hand sanitising stations at regular points.
